Our team and trainees are a source of pride for us. There are only girls in the team at L Sektor TRX training club.
They are professionals with specialized higher education, who have passed international TRX certification. On a regular basis, our trainers improve their skills at training sessions and seminars, gather fitness and healthy lifestyle lovers to TRX-tours, participate in races, marathons. Their coaching experience ranges from 5 to 15 years. Clients love them, and they got recognition among their colleagues.

A distinctive feature of our coaching staff is the interest in the sporting achievement of the trainees, as well as trainer's positive view, open-mindedness. During group workouts, our trainers are able to provide an individual approach to those who need it, taking into account body characteristics, weak/strong or problem areas, as well as the training level. The participants of the workout gain energy and the proper sport spirit. Since workouts give pleasure, there is no need to look for extra motivation. It is the success secret of our club. That is why the majority stay with us from their first workout everlastingly, from L Sektor foundation day.
