At L Sektor (hereinafter referred to as "L Sektor"), we carefully protect the data of individuals who register on our website and use our services through the Site (hereinafter such data - "Personal Data"; hereinafter such individuals - "Clients"; hereinafter such website - "Site"). We strictly adhere to the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" dated June 1, 2010, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Law") and other regulations regarding the protection and storage of data.

• if you contact our Customer Service Department, we may keep a record of that correspondence, including copies of emails. We may also monitor or record any phone calls made to our Customer Service Department to ensure the quality of your service;
• information you provide when filling out forms on our Site. This includes information provided at the time of registration to use our Site, subscription to our products and services, posting materials, or requesting additional services. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our Site or services; 
• details of your visits to our Site, including but not limited to web logs and other communication data, as well as resources you access;

We do not collect or use any information regarding your payment cards. Such information is processed by the LiqPay electronic payment system.

IP Addresses and Cookies

We may automatically collect certain data, namely such data as the IP address of the computer, the browsers you use and the version of the operating system, the time and date of your access to the Site. This facilitates the operation of the Site and the provision of services to you.

The Personal Data you provide is processed in the L Sektor subscriber database.

We are responsible for all actions or omissions regarding Personal Data within the framework of applicable law.

We are not responsible for any of your actions or actions of third parties with Personal Data, regardless of whether this data was obtained through the Site or otherwise, as well as for the illegal actions of third parties who may violate the terms of this Policy and attempt to gain access to the personal information and Personal Data of Clients, as well as use them for personal purposes.

Personal Data may be transferred to a third party without your additional consent and without further notice of such transfer in the cases provided for in this Privacy Policy and the current legislation of Ukraine. 

The transfer of Personal Data to a third party may only occur when:

• it is necessary to provide services and prevent abuse.
