It is available within GO FLO mix workout and personal training. - Workouts with the use of PROCEDOS platforms is a movement that develops proprioception (connection of the nervous system with the brain).
- STRETCHING - training sessions for the development of flexibility and overall improvement of joints mobility:
- Black roll stretching wellness class;
- splits for a specific result.
