Tabata
It is a high-intensity interval training, which consists of 10 sets within 4 minutes. Every 4 minutes consist of 8 rounds (work for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds). The workout involves the whole body, as well as contributes to effective weight loss without loss of muscle mass. It improves anaerobic fitness, which optimizes the work of the body energy systems. The body becomes productive faster, as well as reacts to the load better. The basic metabolism improves, and the body recovers faster and quite better. The workout is recommended for intermediate and advanced training levels.
