TRX Bootcamp
It is circuit training with TRX loops, as well as other functional equipment (plioboxes, ropes, sandbags, medballs, kettlebells, jump ropes, fitballs). Alternation of cardio and strength exercises for different muscle groups with clearly defined “work” - “rest” intervals will increase your need for energy, speed up metabolic processes in the body. Excess calories will no longer be turned into fat, and endurance will increase many times over. As a result, you will lose weight without muscle breakdown. Almost all professional athletes involve circular training in the training cycle to keep the desired level of physical fitness. It is recommended for advanced training level.
