TRX Butt on fire
This training session focuses on the lower body: buttocks and legs. Combinations of basic and isolating exercises using TRX loops and other functional equipment will make your latter 90 cm burn with a blue flame. As a result, you will get round and resilient shapes. The abdominal muscles workout is involved. Workout duration is 55 min., it is for all training levels.
