This workout should be the first one within exploring TRX loops. During the training, you will discover basic TRX exercises, learn how to change the starting position and the length of the straps quickly. You will find out how to complicate or ease an exercise as well. The balanced combination of weight-lifting and cardio exercises will not leave aside any part of your body, strengthen muscles and ligaments, prepare you for more serious loads, as well as transform the body significantly. The workout is recommended for beginners, as well as for those who want to recover after injuries and pregnancy.
