Personal workouts

The workout takes place on a one-on-one basis with a trainer, and 100% of attention is given to you.

There is an individual program, which is developed on your goals and opportunities. The trainer monitors the dynamics of your results, gives additional recommendations on nutrition, daily regime, and recovery procedures.

A nice bonus is that the training takes place at a time which is convenient for you. Motivation is much higher because you are always sure the trainer is waiting for you. Workout duration is 55 min.

Black This membership option allows you to attend all workouts except for Pro Jumping, TRX Quick Start classes.

Yellow This membership option doesn’t allow you to attend classes on Mon., Wed., Fri. at 19:00, 20:00 and on Tue., Thur. at 19:30 as well as Pro Jumping, TRX Quick Start classes.
